At the end of last year, Anita Pati from Foodepedia visited one of my Sushi making classes here in Crystal Palace. The evening was lively and great fun, as we made many types of sushi that can easily be prepared at home. I like to teach recipes that I think people will actually want to do when they get home. This can be made easier by using everyday tools, that might not be common in your kitchen; so yes a rice cooker and hairdryer are essential!

In collaboration with Kai Knives I developed two recipes which are available on the Foodopedia website as well, they are: Japanese Char Siu – Slow Cooked Pork with Green Tea and Baked Salmon with Ginger and Shitake Mushroom sauce
