Japan’s defining cuisine. Yuki will show you how to make fresh, healthy and delicious sushi, at home. Yuki will also recommend Japanese grocery stores, fishmongers and tips for buying ingredients. She will show you how to plate the sushi that you have made and how best to serve it. There will also be the chance to discuss Japanese food culture and dining, based on the dishes taught during class.
Yuki believes sushi is not something to be afraid of making. Through a variety of classes offered at her Crystal Palace Kitchen, you will learn recipes and techniques to easily prepare wonderful dishes yourself.
