Japanese Home Cooking Classes

This series is about balance: Diet, flavour, time. Yuki will show you just how simple it can be to integrate traditional Japanese cooking techniques and flavours, along with their culinary concepts (umami, ichi ju san sai) into your repertoire.

Together you will also explore various ingredients, from Japanese pantry staples to treasures at your local fishmonger, to build exciting meals and side dishes.
