Recipes from the book form the structure of this course and it is a fantastic introduction to sushi making. The four classes give a complete understanding of the many different types of Japanese sushi, equipping you with the techniques to make them yourself at home.
Inspired by home cookery in the regions of Japan, there are three classes in this Japanese cooking course. Meat & Poultry, Fish & Seafood and Healthy Eating. The class menus change in accordance with the seasons and the ingredients available at that time.
