At the beginning of the year, Chelsie Collins from the Good Food magazine came to visit and try a Gyoza class. As part of my Street Food Cookery Course; I teach this Gyoza class and demonstrate three different ways to cook the Gyoza. I also teach the simple method used to make them alongside tips for making your own fillings.
Gyoza are beautiful little parcels, packed with flavour and ingredients like pork and cabbage. If you haven’t tried them yet, make them a priority. They are simple to make and once you have learnt how, the fun comes from developing different mixtures to create the filling. See you at a class soon!
