Hand made Udon noodles with Tempura
Yuki trained with the master Udon chef Mr. Sekizawa in Japan and learnt the art of hand making noodles. In this class we will make udon dough using a unique kneading method. make special sauce from stock and prepare a light batter tempura for the topping.
Katsu curry is fast becoming a popular choice for lunch on the UK high street as it is in Japan. Yuki will teach you how to prepare a Japanese curry spice mix and perfect Japanese rice.
