This is a class all about the single dish of Ramen. You will learn how to make it from scratch, starting with mastery of the perfect stock; through to mouth-watering toppings and garnishes. Two types of Ramen will be covered; Miso Ramen and Shoyu Ramen; from which you can choose your favourite (or both!). Every ramen class ends with enjoying the results and recipes learnt.
